We have been providing services and facilitating business with China since the early 2000s. We have also provided services to APEXBrasil in Beijing. Since 2012, we have actively participated in negotiations to open the Chinese market to Brazilian beef. We bring together our experience, market knowledge, network of contacts, and strategic influence to better serve our clients and strengthen trade between the countries where we operate and China.
Since 2024, Branexx has been operating as a meat trading company, with a primary focus on beef protein. In 2025, in response to geopolitical changes and significant market developments, the company underwent a strategic reorganization, expanding its operations into other proteins and products, including chicken, pork, eggs, tripe, potatoes, and flours. This movement was accompanied by the expansion of procurement and trading operations, which now connect 45 countries across five continents.
This evolution reflects not only Branexx’s ability to adapt to global demand, but also its commitment to delivering competitive, reliable, and integrated solutions tailored to the needs of clients and partners worldwide. The diversification of its portfolio reinforces the company’s position as a dynamic business, prepared to operate with excellence across multiple sectors of the food supply chain.

Branexx Founder and Chairman
Brazilian entrepreneur with strong international
experience in the agribusiness sector, especially in trade relations between Brazil and China. Born in Rio Grande do Sul, he began his journey in Asia in 2002, with the mission of presenting the potential of southern Brazilian leather to the Asian market.
He settled in Beijing in 2006, where he lived for a decade
and actively participated in strategic initiatives such as
the Brazil-China Forum. Through APEXBrasil, he took part in the first International Protein Seminar and Meeting of the China Meat Association, deepening his expertise in the
Asian meat market and developing a practical, systemic
view of bilateral trade.
After returning to Brazil, he traveled across the country
connecting major players in the Brazilian meat industry with
leading Chinese buyers, fostering consistent and
long-lasting commercial partnerships.
In 2016, with extensive knowledge of the sector and
trade relations between both countries, he founded
Branexx Trade, a company that quickly established itself as
a global reference in consulting and specialized services for the international meat trade.
In 2022, Branexx began its meat trading and international consulting operations, establishing its presence in Portugal.

We were founded, grew, and expanded as a consulting and services company, and since 2024 our aim and challenge has been to become the world’s largest global trading company for animal proteins, their by-products, as well as other food products. Our challenge is to preserve everything we have built so far while expanding into new markets with the same values and principles that have guided us until now.
For 2026, we plan to negotiate around 100,000 tons of new products and animal proteins beyond beef.
